Acquire knowledge about the origin and meaning of the broader ethical, its relevance and actualidade.Compreender the different theoretical approaches developed in different cultural contexts. Mastering and reflect critically on the conceptual triad: ethics, morals and ethics. Mobilize for settings adjusted to students´ training path.
Assimilating the importance of ethics takes on organizational dynamics. Understand and appreciate the binomial ethics and harmonization as ends in the institutions / organizations. Curriculum of applied ethics in various areas of study.

Raising awareness and building an ethical culture in organizational contexts.
Promote the formation of attitudes which raise awareness:
1-The presence of the ethical dimension in practice;
2-The flexibility and adaptability to constant change in post-modernity.
3-Ability to reflect critically and constructively in organizational contexts and learn copy writing.
Lecture method as a strategy to clarify the contents. Active methods as a strategy for motivating research and critical reflection, analysis and discussion of texts / case studies / selection / theme issue for debate.
